Does bonesmashing really work or is it just cope? I tried it for a week's ND a half and didn't see nun result did yall see anything at all?

idk, but it causes swelling tho which can make zygos or chin look good. Haven't tried it for a long term

It’s mostly a meme but it works in some cases but it takes years to achieve it
