you sound like a dork, how about you actually explain something properly instead of yapping

no shit, its still noticeable though
buddy wtv they say on tiktok abt some "wolfs law" is not real, bonesmashing does not cause microfractures and repair that shit, its all bullshit lies, it just gets blood to form and harden there to create a temporary illusion

yes, I understand it doesn't actually increase bone mass, but instead create scar tissue

morning and night, or just night if you dont want to do morning, 2-3 minutes each place (even amounts of pressure) dont hit too hard, just light to moderately. and dont do it on brow ridge, but for areas to focus on, you would need to show a picture of yourself as I cant give exact locations to focus on without seeing what you currently look like.

What i mean is that you're an utter retard for thinking hitting your forehead was a good idea, just give up, you're hopeless

Read some of the guides on bsing before asking this
And also if you have like actual severe recession the only thing that’s gonna fix that is orthodontic intervention

No point in debating with an intellectually inferior puppy like you, try to get some sense through your head, never reply to me again

Almost Everyday? Because the result fades in 2-3 days

focus on your zygos and chin primarily, also make sure not to do it EVERY day, do it like 1-2 weeks straight, then take a 1-2 day break, and continue that way to make sure your tissues have a bit of time for swelling to actually increase and all so that the tissue scar starts building up.

I do 15 minutes on both zygos and chin and it works pretty well
