Google: "does muscle growth affect bone growth"
First answer: "Do bones grow with muscle gain? Bone, too, grows stronger through adolescence and young adulthood by responding to heavy impacts and loads, such as running and lifting weights, by regrowing bigger and stronger. But unlike muscle, there's an age cutoff by which bones can't grow larger."

Why are you forcing me to do this? :feelsuhh:
The fact that a kid arm grew bigger than the other because he used muscles in one arm much more than the other doesn't imply that bonesmashing work. You aren't proving or disproving shit. Edit: I'll end there because DrTony makes me realize how much of a retard I am answering to this.

Age cutoff: 25-30 years

So basically irrelevant for 99% of this forum.
Most on here have a decade ahead of them according to this article before it's over.

Yep, I should never have done that :feelsuhh:
On what basis? Google: "The average boy has his fastest rate of growth in height between ages 13 and 14, and stops growing between ages 17 and 18." There is also something called genetics in which your bones are genetically predisposed to grow depending on different environmental/biomechanical impacts and loads, hitting your zygos for them to protrude isn't one of them, smashing your small toe will not make it bigger than your other toes, this simply isn't how your biology works. The logic of bonesmahing makes 0 sense. Please someone kill me before I answer that type of post again.

It’s possibly legit but the issue is don’t start claiming you got bone growth in 1 month of smashing yourself in the face just peak autism.

No bodybuilder grows in a fucking month it’s progressive and slow. Which is why I’m convinced it’s swelling.

He went at it like a maniac smashing too often too hard.

Who cares what @DrTony says?

I'm not saying that bonesmashing is legit, but I'm also not ignoring the arguments of the bonesmashers.
Empirical evidence > @DrTony

Empirical evidence > @DrTony

What are the (scientific/mechanistic) arguments of bonesmashers exactly LOL? Please go ahead, type them out. The more (pseudo)scientific they are, the more I will be able to completely tear them apart and humiliate whoever spews this shit out.

Also on another note. That's why we have science and the scientific method. So we don't have to rely on opinions of random basement dwelling autists who cry "muh empirical evidence" "but my friend tried this and it worked" etc. You have never done science neither do u understand it.

Neither will you for the next 7-8 years unless you actively pursue a scientific career.

(atrophy causes the exact opposite- your bones adapt to pressure both ways)

Lol anthropologists have been familiar with bone adaption for eons, it hasn't been until now that incels are uncovering these very well known things and discussing them to death

kinda reminds me of how neck training was once praised as this groundbreaing discovery on all these incel boards, meanwhile your local jock has been doing neck training since 12 with all his friends to get better at football and rugby
Bonesmashing is a controlled amount of force in a specific part of the face, allowing time for it to heal and adapt stronger and then continuing the force, different to been beaten in the skull until you're covered in blood in the same way doing a bicep curl is different to tearing your bicep, theres no evidence for bonesmashing sure but the logic sounds promising I'll personally wait till it breathes a bit more and if others are getting results I might give it a go

GET COMPLETELY DESTROYED @DrTony

I knew this was coming. The truth is that I could write an essay to pick apart your BS, but I don't want to waste time on that. On top of the fact that I know from experience arguing on those type of forums, you will necessarily reply to save face and I will feel the need to correct you again, and that might repeat itself a few times until you come to the realization how nonsensical you are. I prefer to just avoid all that, even factoring that it may give you the false benefit of living in the illusory satisfaction that you won that argument by me not responding to you in a one post KO. You don't know me if you believe I have nothing to answer you.
What?

That fighter first has his mouthpiece on which protrudes his mouth making his chin look weak. In the second picture he doesn't have a mouthpiece. Stop coping with pseudoscientific bullshit. Surgery is the only solution.

Just smash that shit

Only legit thing about bonesmashing is that it gives a swelling that looks like bone, so if you bonesmash your zygos it’ll make them more prominent for a couple hours

His chin is clearly more forward on the second picture and especially on the third one

we all know you're gonna be desperately bone smashing your recessed face behind closed doors but you put up an act online to try and fit in. It's okay bro, you don't always have to go with the crowd.
Odd, how you’re using my old avi now...

He might have a bit higher body fat, but you can still see there is no notable difference in his zygos, GSP is known for training whether or not he has to prepare for a fight since he is passionate about training not fighting.

Swelling and bone growth are two distinct things.

He is also way too old for any kind of HGH to be produced by his body.
Although I also dont believe the bullshit bonesmash theory lol
