I still remember some nga last year posting his face that got fucked up after tweaking a nerve and was sent to A & E bcs half his face was paralysed

I agree that it doesn't really work, but Wolffs law applies to all sorts of mechanical stress. Not just mechanical tension.

So in theory it could work, but even if it does, the results will not be noticeable

fr. just causes temp swelling and overtime if you do get results its barely noticeable. low ROI

It worked for me; I stopped breaking bones for two months and my bones are the same.
