"cope" while having joined this forum 2 days ago. Bonesmashing is anything but cope and I see huge improvements with just 1-2 months of bonesmashing consistently.pls dont its cope and if ur a retard and make a mistake you just broke ur face.
I've been browsing for like a year i just never thought to make a account, besides there is no research to prove bonesmashing works, the whole thing is just a misuse of Wolffโs law."cope" while having joined this forum 2 days ago. fibrosis bro fibroblasts go to the damaged area and generate tissueI've been browsing for like a year i just never thought to make an account, besides there is no research to prove bonesmashing works, the whole thing is just a misuse of Wolffโs law.
This just proves that you are a low IQ retard, Wolff's law has been some bullshit that was introduced by clav and some other retards claiming microfractures in bone cause it to regrow thickerI've been browsing for like a year i just never thought to make a account, besides there is no research to prove bonesmashing works, the whole thing is just a misuse of Wolffโs law.

fibrosis isnt supposed to deliver bone growthbro you're conflating post-traumatic tissue changes with osteogenesis. even if your facial appearance changed after months of trauma, that doesn't establish that you induced controlled bone remodeling, and fibrosis isn't synonymous with bone growth. where's the evidence that the changes you're seeing are osseous rather than soft tissue changes or callus formation around an injury? temporal association isn't causation.![]()
