"cope" while having joined this forum 2 days ago. Bonesmashing is anything but cope and I see huge improvements with just 1-2 months of bonesmashing consistently.

u can get magnesium supplements and zinc from santa cruz paleo on amazon and both have extra shit in it and it works really well.

I've been browsing for like a year i just never thought to make a account, besides there is no research to prove bonesmashing works, the whole thing is just a misuse of Wolffโ€™s law.

fibrosis bro fibroblasts go to the damaged area and generate tissue

This just proves that you are a low IQ retard, Wolff's law has been some bullshit that was introduced by clav and some other retards claiming microfractures in bone cause it to regrow thicker :lul:. Bonesmashing works through scar tissue, also known as fibrosis, which you are supposed to maintain.

it 100% works on me, ive been bonesmashing for months as ive said and see visible results in photos with friends :lul:

bro you're conflating post-traumatic tissue changes with osteogenesis. even if your facial appearance changed after months of trauma, that doesn't establish that you induced controlled bone remodeling, and fibrosis isn't synonymous with bone growth. where's the evidence that the changes you're seeing are osseous rather than soft tissue changes or callus formation around an injury? temporal association isn't causation.:Clown:

fuck no donโ€™t do it
your bones are still maximizing their density and length
development is essential for your bones, but i recommend you bs after puberty since development is crucial

fibrosis isnt supposed to deliver bone growth :lul:, the whole point is that you have scar tissue near the surface of your skin which gives an illusion of bone growth

then you're talking about inducing fibrosis for superficial contour changes, not bone remodeling. fibrosis is an unpredictable wound-healing response, not a controlled method of adding volume in specific areas. post-traumatic thickening or scar formation doesn't guarantee sharper contours, and your before/after pics still don't establish that bonesmashing was responsible for the result you claim.
