Yea Bonesmashing is good but there are consequences you have to accept

I’ve gone through insane swelling have had to wear band aids all over my face in school and also severe brain fog

It is worth the eventual results which will come in soon but yeah people dont talk about the side effects

One lesson is to NEVER Bonesmashing while driving, I was on the highway and since I had to keep on Bonesmashing (I had nothing to do) I hit one of my nerves and I had to pull over and almost went into a ditch)

So if h Bonesmashing do it safely
