bonesmashing/fibrosis

I've heard that there could be a possibility that fibrosis or scar tissue could stay and be permanent with bonesmashing. if that is true, theoretically does that mean I could bonesmash my orbitals and essentially give myself a diy fat graft. I been bonesmashing my orbitals and it's been giving my eyes a more filled in look and fixing the sunken eyes. granted it is swelling but if I stay consistent could it stay?
