I used to hit quite hard till slight bruising I find moderate force to be better. I think either your tool isn't dense enough or you're not hitting hard enough

I learned yesterday nigh I was recessed by 2 degrees so I taped my chin softly with a hammer for a couple minutes with hardstyle in the background and it's now fixed.
my whole face has change it legit looks like I got CCW.
I'll grow a goatee and get filler when I have the funds and time.
even tho it's perfectly lined up, I don't think that's the most aesthetic, it looks androgynous.

I get why you think that and I can't prove bonesmashing helped but I've noticed my zygos have grown more than anything and I've been smashing them the longest

hit for at least 5min

obv not hard for chin or you will get brain damage but for zygos you can

to protect myself I kind off do a chin tuck a against the wall with a pillow in between and press my head against it hard while squeezing my neck muscles and I might also press my hand on my head head for extra protection

hit with a dense and flat object or you will cut yourself, if you use a hammer I recommend putting a sock on it

my infras my maxilla my uppermaixlla and my brow ridge
and in the lefort 1 area

100% I can vouch for that I have been bonesmashing my dicks for 2 weeks and it went from 9 inches to 11 inches insane results
