I am doing it but i am 16% bodyfat so i haven't see the difference
.First i need to get low bf.
Also,bodyfat and bloat can hide the flared gonions,an example, Colton Haynes ,there was a thread about this where @Birdcell showed the pictures of a bloated Colton Haynes and he had not gonion definition
