Hematoma-Induced Ossification (Heterotopic Ossification)

What It Is:
Bone healing involves hematoma formation, tissue inflammation, mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) recruitment, skeletal tissue regeneration, extracellular matrix accumulation, angiogenesis, and bone remodeling.

The Default Inflammatory Response


When injury occurs, the body immediately triggers an inflammatory response. Platelets are recruited to the site and secrete fibronectin, platelet-derived growth factor, and TGF-β, which collectively trigger an inflammatory response. Granulation tissue formation occurs within 2 weeks of injury and provides provisional stability.

Simply it will form fibrosis too, wich will give effect of bones and will stay forever. Can be undone if you hit something too much.




If you will bonesmash without taking pharma you will propably only ossify on cheekbones.

Routine should be atleast the bone you want to have results on every other day/everyday.
For results month, not pernament but the sweliing should make differnce. My cheekbones ossified, not sure how long it took but i gained bone there over atleast 6 months, not even doing it everyday, maybe once a week
