Bonesmashing help

Im trying to bonesmash and I keep seeing all these guides but they all say different things. First im planning to use my fists so is that fine? Also how do i best stabilize my head should i lay one side on a pillow or hold it with my other hand? And last the most important what are the spots you should and shouldn’t do because I keep seeing contradictions with where you should and shouldn’t hit?

I personally wouldn’t recommend bonesmashing. Yes it works but extremely slowly.

Do DIY fillers instead, much better
