In theory bonesmashing should work. Bones in your face dont undergo the same kind of growth as legs. There are no facial growth plates and your face technically never stops growing it just typically slows down. All we would need is some type of trigger. Bonesmashing has been shown to trigger creation of new bone layers through mechanical stimulation

“Mechanical loading is a simple yet effective way to increase bone mass, decrease bone loss, and improve bone strength.”

So pretty much verbatim scientists know this shit works. Stimulation increase both bone mass and strength

Im guessing the only problem with bonesmashing is how long it would take to actually have noticeable mass. Theres probably drugs we can take to boost osteoblast proliferation.

Lmk any ideas

Obviously dont try this for height gain. Your long bones dont grow the same as facial bones

and people will say that bonesmashing is bad cuz it causes asymmetry like all of us arent unsymmetrical anyway

Bonesmashing should be combined with mk677

Symmetry is irrelevant if you have striking features. I'd rather have an asymmetrical Chad pheno than a Chico "perfect symmetry omg" look just to age like milk after my 20's

ofc, bones are everything

But there's a greater risk of hitting a nerve.

Cope. Yes, bonesmashing is by all means biologically plausible, but it doesn't work in practice. A hammer and your arm can’t apply even pressure on both sides, you are bound to end up hitting one side more, in a different angle or with different force. That means you might just end up warping your face in a way that makes you look worse, not better.

We're also not taking into account the true amount of force required for Wolff's Law to take effect, you simply cannot cause significant damage to the bone without applying force that is damaging to the tissues of your face (and ends up just making you even more subhuman).

Here’s an analogy for you: It’s theoretically possible for your hand to pass through a solid table, if all the atoms in your hand perfectly aligned to avoid the table’s atoms. But the odds of that happening? So astronomically low that you’d be better off buying a lottery ticket while getting struck by lightning on the same day. Even if you spent a lifetime punching a table, you’d never phase through it. Just because something is theoretically possible doesn’t mean it translates to reality in a way that works for you.

Just save up and pay for implants if you're truly boneless. Everything points to the fact that bonesmashing is a waste of time, and it's probably just going to damage the skin on your face. You can't brute force biology.

It works but it’s not better to get genio than to risk a stroke of the facial artery/vein?

+ results accentuate the asymmetry… surgery would improve it

Muh nerves

Jfl how fucking hard do ubhave to be smashing to cause any damage to ur nerves

Boxers get punched basically all day in the face

Cope. If one side is assymetrical just smash the other

Also bonesmashing isnt necessarily the same as wolffs law. Wolffs law is breaking shit so it can regrow back it wont do nothing

We are talking about mechanical stimulation so even minor loads can trigger ur osteoblasts to thicken over time

In fact minor subttle loads which mimic the growth frequencies is what causes more triggering of the bone
