When I did martial arts I looked a lot into this. The bones of this Muay Thai practitioner n the hands look exactly like a normal hand, only difference being the density of bone. Any bone smashing results you see are either temporary swelling or just puberty. Wolff’s law has always pertained to density, which technically increases bone mass but isn’t visible.
