Real story from me:
I did bonesmashing to grow bone under my jaw.
Eventually I hit too hard and I started bleeding. (This can happen - whatever)

It eventually healed but was swollen. It was swollen for a week, two weeks, three weeks.... After 3 months I was wondering if it will ever heal. I ran to the doctor, got an MRI scan and ran to several different doctors. It was eventually revealed that I had a swollen lymph node in the submandibular region.
Today, I got the news that it was probably traumatized and now the only way to get rid of this swelling in the jaw is to get a surgery to remove the lymph node.

Do not ever do Bonesmashing!

So it was cope then?
Pretty much. And I obviously hit hard enough. It sounded nice in theory but it seems to be complete cope.

you arent supposed to hit the neck or under the mandible. This bone doesn't grow that way.

I can literally take a hammer to my ramus and hit hard as fuck to the point where it would make a loud and audible knock if you were to hit a solid slab of concrete with the same force.

Now when hitting the corner of the ramus, you should be directly ON THE BONE not the edge and it will take along time because hitting the mandible is incredibly painful at first.

Sorry to say dude, you did it wrong and don't know anything else about it.

Please, go to the fucking doctor and get the fluid drained where you did it, and maybe dont smash your jaw anymore. You can become plenty aesthetic in that area just by chewing gum.

Just because you cannot see progress does not mean that you didn't make any. It is like saying a fat person made no progress on his journey to his first pullup. The person is gaining strength but not enough to see it yet. It just takes time. When you bone smash, the microfracture is healed with a very very think layer of bone. Give bone smashing time.

Well, I don't know what you mean with hitting the corner of the ramus, but yes. I will get the lymph node removed to get rid of the swelling. I don't think bonesmashing is worth it.

You smashed your sculpture till it fucking bled, and you probably just started the mandible. You obviously hit a nerve ending and blew out an artery or something. You need to to be careful with this shit, the face is not just a bunch of bones. there are nerve endings and veins that need to be worked away on. Once you notice the pain receptors are gone, then you hit hard, not when all the garbage veins and nerve endings are still there.

broscience says that the right stimulus for boneasmashing growth is minimal force but maximal duration, like mewing

also bros say maximal force applied will halt the growth process

idk, sometimes broscience catches up to science, it's just too much of a non-NT subject to be talked and tested extensively

You should also have your other hand protecting your jaw and head so that you arent beating your skull around like a bobble head. That will cause extra brain/neck damage. have your leg on a solid object with your elbow resting on your knee. you've also gotta consider that some people shouldn't do it or just shouldn't hit hard AT ALL. it will still work it will just take longer with light taps.

Its not supposed to be a joke or shit post, some people really cannot withstand repeated bursts of slight trauma to the skull. I assume they are mainly waspy europeans with sedentary ancestors.

I'm spanish and irish and all of my ancestors have taken punches and knocks to the head probably back to the primordial caveman days, so it's not a big deal.
maybe just hit very lightly or don't do it.

yea but you will notice asymmetry when you record your face if you ar not really careful. I always record, do some hits, record it and rotate my face so that I can see where the asymmetries are so I can hit those areas, and keep this process going for an hour or two till I'm done. That way it won't heal asymmetrically leaving you looking disfigures, which will take months to correct.

If you had a cyst under your wisdom tooth that you didn't know of, and did bonesmashing you would have broken your jaw.

It's actually far closer to what actually happens in nature, unlike enforced monogamy from religion and culture, you think that hitting your bones will make you more robust, you do you bro

Thank you(y). I actually have an absolutety trash tier not existing zygoma on the one side and the other side has at least like 3 mm so I will use it to fix asymmetry in the first place. You seem knowledgable; you should make a thread.

How do you avoid hitting arteries? Is there a diagram for this? When I was hitting my undereye I noticed a blood vessel start to pop put so I stopped.

the arteries shrank and probably don't exist in the areas where I smash.
I don't have a diagram because there has not been a scientist who studies hitting your own face with a hammer or a rock.
All I have is illustrations that I've drawn over my last year or two of looksmax forums
smashed lightly on green with smaller rounded metal object, smashed hard with hammer or rounded rock on red areas.

The green area on the jaw is exactly the one I hit, which lead to swelling of the lymph node there.

Well there are shit tons of arteries and veins there, and yea there is lymphnodes right under them too. you can work on that are by hitting higher up right on the edge but also the ramus and chin are the main focus points for the jaw anyways.

Like I take it seriously when an ugly truecel tries to insult me
I would take you more seriously if you had a 3D CT scan before and After showing bone growth. Until then you are just causing soft tissue swelling. but you are probably doing this shit because you are too poor to afford titanium mesh implants so you wouldn’t be able to afford a 3D CT scan

Even if I could afford mesh implants I would have tried this first. No it's not swelling when the bone gets bigger and doesn't go back down.
I've gotten accused of botox a lot though.

:feelskek::feelskek::feelskek::feelskek::feelskek:

botox=swelling+stiff muscles

getting puched in the face=swelling+stiff muscles

New bone generation needs a callus bridge or a material to incorporate for resorption

Regardless I wouldn’t bone smash even if it worked, much more control and are targeting with titanium mesh implantation.

I could show you evidence after evidence of it working and you would still say it doesn't work.
New bone needs osteoblasts. They form when impacts are made.
A monks fist and knuckles grow when smashed
hqdefault.jpg

The bone on your face grows without all the calcified material on the skin, it can be done very aesthetically if you make sure there are no asymmetries.

It works, you are too scared of pain, you don't have the patience, you don't know about it, and you sound like a dumbass.
Meanwhile I get more and more respect from everyone with every session done, have had a girlfriend ask me if I had cheekbone implants(with zero swelling, this was weeks after smashing last) when I saw her for the first time in 6 months.

I'm done with you dude, just saying for everyone else reading this thread, don't listen to this nerd, he is scared of taking a small amount of pain for gains that are better than any implant.
