based off the title they sound so stupid lmao. Clearly did no research but they are right about the scar tissue and yes it can cause nerve damage etc. That’s why im not recommending anyone do it.

The reason this is important is because scar tissue looks similar to bone. It feels dissimilar to it, but it looks similar. This allows for projection and results. Again, do not bonesmash, as it carries real risks.

interesting yeah i know it works i’ve seen results not fully sure how
but i know it’s mainly scar tissue and not bone but bone growth is possible in theory
