Does anyone have any proof that this will actually work? And how are you supposed to do it? I want to make my cheekbones more prominent, i'm already low bodyfat % so if i want them to be more prominent i'd have to either get implants or bonesmash (if it works). Can i just start by hitting my zygos like once a day with my fists or am i supposed to use some object? What schedule do you need, can you do it every day, for how long and so on and how long until i get visible results?
