This is my first thread that I will be posting, Ive been on org for a while but stayed quiet.
I'm going to be going over how to properly bs, how often, the strength and locations to strike depending on goals.
Our main goal:
Our main goal is to strike the designated area with a force strong enough to cause bone oscillations on our face, which can help increase dimo.

.
What parts of the skull creates dimo? Well lets take a look at some chad so we can learn.
As can be seen, what makes up hexums face include a prominent chin, great zygos forming an ogee curve, and a masculine brow ridge.
So, how and where do we bs?
Firstly, we have the zygos, which our goal is to make an aesthetic ogee curve through. Use a hammer and repeatedly strike the area 2x a day and for reference you need to feel the area struck in some pain throughout the day to get the oscillations we want. So this solves our flat zygos, but what can we do to increase ct?
There is a specific location on the skull where if done properly, we can increase our ct, that i dont see alot of ppl mention
So, if you may be asking, how tf does this increase ct? The specific location highlighted in red determines how the skin would lay over our eye, put your finger on the area of your own skull and imagine it protruding more, it forces ct to increase. Bs 2x a day same as zygos hard force but not to the point where excruciating pain is caused.
Obviously, we have the chin, since this is a harder bone use more force. This will solve ur recessed chin.
Next we have the ramus. Bs this area to lengthen ur ramus and avoid muscle tissue, also bs the mandible so you wont just grow a bump
Next we have the supraorbital rim represented in blue, this is one of the most imp imo due to it determining ur side pfl alot. Again Bs them equally 2x a day to create deeper set eyes
Hope this helps some of u and sorry if the presentation is ass
