If you bonesmash very hard or for a long time you'll get an impressive bruise, but for bone growth I've found it's better to only apply moderate forces.

Also it's essential that the force run parallel to the skin/bone, just smashing straight down on the bone creates almost no growth compared to a lateral 'shearing' motion.

And of course take in that sweet calcium.

My mandible has already gotten too long after just a few sessions doing the above, bordering on uncanny, just going to hit the lateral undereyes and sides of the mandible now

Why foucus on calcium intake? Bone is built out of many minerals. Not just calcium. Have you noticed results from this method tho, that is not swelling?

yes definitely not swelling, I haven't done a session in 3 weeks and it keeps growing, bone growth occurs long after injury.
Calcium is not the end all for pubertal bone growth, but for bone repair high blood calcium causes hormone calcitonin to be released by the thyroid, which enables overall bone growth in terms of mass. Compared to low levels of blood calcium which causes parathyroid hormone to be released which breaks down bone cells to use the calcium in them for other bodily functions
