So I was doom scrolling ig reels when I came across this guy who makes memes and skits, he shits on looksmaxxing and even recorded himself bonesmashing for a month straight on only one side of his face, his face drastically changed though and there are real results

All you need to increase the diameter and thickness of bones are osteoblasts which is through physical exercise and weight loading (and hormones such as test/insulin) for ppl who it summed up

I’m not wasting any time or money on anything to come out looking the same. I’ve already had surgery so I know what real change looks like.
