So I was doom scrolling ig reels when I came across this guy who makes memes and skits, he shits on looksmaxxing and even recorded himself bonesmashing for a month straight on only one side of his face, his face drastically changed though and there are real results

As you can see though his zygos are far more prominent, and even his eye area has improved on that side

All you need to increase the diameter and thickness of bones are osteoblasts which is through physical exercise and weight loading (and hormones such as test/insulin) for ppl who it summed up
