I think maybe the bottoms of old-style glass coca-cola bottles would be a better choice. They're blunt and smooth. But ive heard bonesmashing can result in asymmetry.

Fists is optimal i believe don't use a brick.
But bonesmashing wont yield results.
I heard it can give what some people call a pump.
