My current bonesmashing routine:
I have experimented with bonesmashing somewhat over the last year however I never completely put effort into it.
Around 6 months ago I smashed my zygos and chin with my fists for 3 min everyday and saw some results but I gave up after 2 months.
I noticed that my zygos had still remained full and more prominent than before I ever tried bonesmashing so i figured why not give it a proper go and pick up the hammer.
Around 2 weeks ago I began my routine which is quite minimalist however provides satisfactory results.
Routine
FYI I use a hammer as it is easier to be precise
The current routine i follow goes as such:
Zygos: 2 Minutes each side with pretty moderate power (i noticed zygos are more sensitive to growth and swelling so i lowered the time so that they do not look disproportionate)
Chin: 3 Minutes (My chin is soft and recessed which is why i decided to focus more on it)
Jaw (bottom of mandible): 2 Minutes each side (This is so far the area that has received the most benefits as i have noticed lots of growth and more angularity)
Ramus: 1 Minute each side (I will be increasing time shortly but it hurts like a motherfucker, have noticed amazing growth however)
Browridge: 2 Minutes each side (Has given me a bit less upper eyelid exposure however not that much since still in early stages)
If you are going to reply with some "cope bonesmashing doesnt work jfl" then good on you buddy you can miss out on the results
I do highly recommend doing this and at least seeing how it works out for yourself.
