Bonesmashing results headcount

Im starting some light bonesmashing recently with knuckles on zygos but I bought a hammer and before I went all out I wanted to know how many of ya'll have bonesmashed and gotten good results from it? I know it works but it has its risks so I wanted like more people's personal experience on it, specifically ppl that don't make posts on their progress and stuff (which is most of org) like me
