Heres a list of side effects and how to avoid them:
(bonesmashing greys, YOUR WELCOME)

1. Nerve Damage: dont use a large object like a water bottle or trophy, use a hammer and start off by going gentle. If you want to avoid nerve damage COMPLETELY then use your knuckles. it will result in less effect but less chance of nerve damage. Nerve damage is actually very common, dangerous and has sent people to the hospital.

2. CTE: this is mostly avoidable by not using a massage gun (i do not recommend the massage rattling gun) , but through bonesmashing, CTE never completely avoidable and will be in effect. How much is user dependent.

3. Skin damage: You will get red marks, skin peeling, and overall irritation from the rest of your skin. This is also mostly unavoidable, however, using a bb cream/cc cream to cover up lesions works.

4. Not getting results: if your not getting results, its likely because your using your knuckles, and are only bonesmashing when desperate (rather than consistently.) use a hammer.

Have been doing it for 6 months averaging 5x a week. I do it until my boneless zygos turn into eggs every time. However after 2 days it’s back to 6 months ago. I use knuckles, how is that any different to a hammer too
