does anyone know how long after a bonesmash session I should apply heparin ointment to the bruised area? some say you shouldn't do it right away and need to wait a day or two whats the best time? also what kind of bonesmash schedule did you guys use? ive set mine up so that for now, I’ll do the chin 3–4 times a week and the zygos 2–3 times a week; once they adapt, I will gradually increase the frequency
