i am considering picking up the hammer and starting to bonesmash , are there any tips i should know beforehand? like how do i start? do i just get straight into it and bashing a hammer against my zygos and ramus , do i start some gay rubbing technique to "prime " my face beforehand . id rlly appreciate the help
