Makes sense should i use knuckles or hammer?A lot of discourse about this
It is somewhat cope because it doesn't grow your bones. Instead it creates scar tissue which is permanent, and gives the appearance of growing bone. However, the amount of scar tissue grown is probably outweighed by risk of damaging the face. If you want to do this you should try high reps low strength.
Not sure tbh I'd imagine both work but hammer should be easierMakes sense should i use knuckles or hammer?
i would say knuckles but it doesnt really matter, just be aware you can get brain damage if doing too aggressively and with much force, also look out for assymetry, try to hit it the same amount of times you did on the other side, but you can still get asymmetrical anywaysMakes sense should i use knuckles or hammer?
This is the way I’ve been taking bs for 8-9 months and from my experience this is basically what it does. Doing it this way less chance of damaging yourself while getting some progress.A lot of discourse about this

Please, do record any changes or bone growth, wed love to see if it works or not, if scar tissue is adding any more than a mm, etc.. etc..This is the way I’ve been taking bs for 8-9 months and from my experience this is basically what it does. Definitely seen changes, but the thing is Ive also been going through puberty at my age and I workout and I’ve been on my cut so some definition comes from that . Mom also has prominent zygos. So see other factors come into play, but I have seen growth, even though it’s slow. Places I see it the most is my chin, zygos and browridge. It’s not harming me as of now so what’s the harm in doing itPlease, do record any changes or bone growth, wed love to see if it works or not, if scar tissue is adding any more than a mm, etc.. etc..
