How do i hide the bruises on my face from bonesmashing (my parents dont have makeup or sunscreen) also how do i lower the pain from hitting the bruises because normal Bonesmashing is fine and doesnt really hurt but when i get bruises, bonesmashing the bruises really hurt, how do i fix this?

Ofc your skin hurts if you bs bruised skin. You could use vaseline to protect your skin from friction by creating an occlusive barrier. But that probably wont fix the redness since it comes from bruising and inflammation.

Concealer or foundation

You shouldn’t BS every day.. if possible, get that tinted sunscreen, not only will it cover up marks, but the sun ages you faster than almost anything.

You could, its possible

If you hit at a light pace and make sure to use neosporin before and ice it after marks will stay almost invisible

If one were to BS daily, what would be the best tool? Or would it depend on which bone your hitting rather than the frequency

A massage gun is optimal but you could also use ur fist for gonions or cheek bones
