Bonesmashing with implants

So i've been bonesmashing my zygos, browridge, gonions, and mandible for a little while now and I've seen some good results (even if it's just swelling and scar tissue), but I have the worst infras known to mankind so I have already started planning my infra implant surgery and will be getting it pretty soon, however the implant i'm getting is a custom malar implant with a CT scan. Which means the implant not only goes on top of the infra-orbital rim, but also transitions into the cheekbones. Would I still be able to Bs after I get the implants done or is the risk factor too high?

nahh you cannot bs after getting custom malar implants. the impact force will severely risk displacing, breaking or infecting the implant, completely ruining your surgical results

but apparently you'll have higher chances of looking uncanny + assymetrical
