Bonesmashing obviously works if you just try it out. Even if it doesn't help to grow the bones, just the swelling and collagen build up alone is more than enough to make your cheekbones or chin pop out.

While the massage gun does give some impact, it does not compare to any hard metal object such as a hammer, I recommend using the massage gun to mainly form and "train" the muscles in your face, the muscles in your face are as equally as important as bones.
