Bonesmashing with massage gun

ive seen a lot ppl using massage gun to bonesmashing recently but ive seen most of these from tiktok so it just might be cope or shit so i need help abt it hitting my bones with hammer or my hand just looks odd to me massage gun would be better for me let me know what you guys think

not sure about massage gun but ill recommend using your hand, using the metacarpals bone gives better accuracy so i would use that

i dont have a guide but you could try and find one on dc, once you find that you can see how hard you should hit and for how long

js punch ur face, decent hits, not too hard, consistant decent hits are ideal, using iron hammer isnt ideal, massage gun is too light



ps: bonesmashing wont give more bone mass itll js swell for a lil period of time giving a boost

Use your fists lay back on ur bed or brace your head with ur other hand. Apply Vaseline to the area so ur skin dosent get fucked just count the amount on each side so ur not asymetrical . Also hit as hard as u can. Mark as solution
