Alright, I ain't going to explain what Bonesmashing (BS) is, cuz everyone already knows. I am only going to explain why I think BS works.

Many grey niggaz think BS works because of the constant trauma and the bone adapting to it, creating new bonetissue. This shit is only half true. Why? Well:
And I said that already in my old thread: Wolff's Law only relies on mechanical "trauma", for ex. weightlifting. The microcracked bone gets refilled by collagen, protein, and calcium (mineralization) and gets stronger and more durable. But it doesn't expand due to the trauma.

But why do I say BS works? I first saw this theory on a lost thread on Org and from someone on YT called ‪@blakeraedwulf‬or sum, I dunno. And don't give a shit. Ah nvm got the link, gonna put it at the end.

THE THEORY : Fibroelastic tissue/Hematoma ossification

Nigga, what's that?
(Ai generated text, cuz I was lazy, lol)

1. What is Fibroelastic Tissue?

It is a tough, flexible "scaffolding" tissue made of collagen (for strength), elastin (for stretch), and fibroblasts (the cells that build them). It is essentially the body's high-strength scar tissue.

2. How is it Created?

When soft tissue is injured or irritated, the body triggers an inflammatory healing response. Fibroblasts rush to the damaged area and rapidly lay down dense webs of collagen and elastin to patch the micro-tears.

3. Why Constant Smashes Create It

  • Crushed Soft Tissue: Blunt-force trauma crushes the skin, fat, and periosteum (the tissue wrapping your bones) before it even reaches the bone.
  • Chronic Scarring: Constant hitting causes repeated micro-tears in these soft tissues, forcing the body to continuously build up thick layers of dense, fibrous scar tissue to protect itself.
  • The "Bone" Illusion: This buildup of scar tissue and fluid feels hard to the touch, which leads people to mistake it for newly grown bone.

And Hematoma ossification is basically the Fibroelastic tissue building up and hardening over time.

APPLYING THIS ON LOOKSMAXING :

Because this new tissue mimics Bone very good, we can use it in our advantage. Although there are areas I would be cautios due to risk of asymmetry or bone fractures.

Areas to go for :

1. Zygos

2. Chin

Areas not to go for :

anything else

HOW OFTEN AND HOW STRONG ?

If you do it too little it will get reabsorbed by your body and you will have done zero progress.
if you do too much / too hard you can damage the bone, hit a blood vessle or sum else.

NIGGA I AM TALKING TOO MUCH.

Just do it few times per day (morning, noon, evening), but not too hard! and not too much! few tiny hits : for ex. 1-2 min medium hits for every area. You should feel a Pump and the area should be a little bit swollen.

Do this for 1 month straight and look at before and after pics to see if you made progress. After you are satisfied with the results do it only every 2-3 days.

make sure to bonesmash the back of your head extra hard

How did u come to this conclusion?

This is wrong also what your saying is periosteal fibrosis, formation of scar tissue / fibrosis.

Hematoma ossification which is formation of blood clot converting into bone which rarely or does not happen when bonesmashing otherwise we would have seen hospital visits
