I usually do 200 reps on my zygos fairly hard, will that be enough or should I try to do more?
bone adapts to stress obv, if you've done 200 reps and already see your face has a "pump" sure thats enough, also look into other parts of the face if needed yk.
 
what parts on the face is rec to smash?
