There has been an interesting study i read a while ago about people who took placebo while they openly knew it was placebo. Nevertheless the placebo worked with only like 10% less efficacy than the placebo that people didn't know was placebo. If you can believe it works then it might work

No. what i said, and what the study proved. Is that even though you know something is placebo it can work. Even if you know its just placebo. Its the power of belief. You can practice doublethink and it will work.
