Ive started bonesmashing since yesterday and Im thinking about doing it every day for 5 mins or every 2 days , and also would smashing the ramus be safe? ( Im also doing the zygos and front chin )

I will do a Transformation post after 3 months of BOMESMASHING

do it with your knuckles not a hammer (ive learned the hard way)

also u might get asymmetries like me but at least your lateral zygo will be sharp af

also i dont like bonesmashing the front of the chin because theres a lot of muscles in front of the bone you can instead try training the muscles for chin projection

smashing your ramus is safe make sure your clenching your jaw while you do it and make sure you are applying equal pressure on both sides to avoid assymtry

I tried it back in 2022 greyfag, it's not a question of trying it or not it just doesn't increase bonemass at all, all it does is cause swelling which won't hide the fact you're a boneless chud
