I genuinely think it might be over for me if it ever began but I have researched wolfs law and how bone growth and increasing density works but I’m struggling to actually achieve it and everything i have seen about bones mashing contradicts eachother so I’m wondering if there’s a specific way like how many times a week or something or how long a session or what I should be doing.

every day 30-60 sec per bone, go hard mark as solution

Use a hydraulic press and then make sure to do massai jumps directly after
