relatively negligible as long as you don't do it like a doubledigitiqcel. If you just hit with a controlled object in specific areas with a controlled motion I wouldn't worry about it.Id worry more about maybe brain damage if you don'tbrace properly or even TMJ issues if you do the chin without good posture or god forbid your gonions...
