yes but on long time turns means like a month you damage your skin and its not worth bc the swelling will always look different i think so you will look every 3 days a bit different
It can deff get noticable, at least to you, I assume if you do it for years it can even start to look deformed by the amount, depends though I’ve done it for about some months now, and I can deff notice a difference, however, I would deff not recommend, my jaw feels like having slight tmj, and traps feel a bit wierd, I hope it’ll go away, idk
