ok so there are some ppl who are saying bs works and some that say it dosent
there is a condition called a pump bump
it forms then theres alot of friction between ur heel and your shoes

bone will grow right there and it will not go away unless you have surgery
this is basically bonesmashing the heel
having this in mind, cant we say it works for the face aswell?

Face is a fragile part of the body, sure it'll work but you'll get brain damage and have asymmetry!

that shit occurs because your heel is rubbing with hella friction literally all day constantly for a very long time. Bs you do for a few minutes eod

Bs wont yield any significant bone growth results, if any, its mostly the fibrotic tissue that causes the projection. which is still good, its ascending me slowly

i think the only exception is that bonesmashing while on gear or hgh could help signal the compounds to accelerate bone remoddeling there

fibrotic tissue is better than no tissue at all
i agree that if you paired it with androgens it would most likely increase effectiveness
