Should I start Bonesmashing at 13 or will Ts ruin my face. It doesn’t grow bone but it grows tissue that gives the illusion of bones. Idk lemme know should I take the risk AND take minoxidil or lattice bc my fucking eyelashes won’t grow for shit. My eyelashes are the size of my pp🫩.

It seems like you have done some cursory research on this topic already. Im kind of impressed. Most 13 year old newgens would have no familiarity with the concept of bonesmashing causing hematomas, and that being the real cause of any alterations to perceived bonemass. im sorry but i do take stuff serious i take advice very seriously and apply it do my daily life. It would be great if you were to actually give me information. It would help me a lot much love man goodnight stay safe❤️

Most 13 year old newgens would have no familiarity with the concept of bonesmashing causing hematomas, and that being the real cause of any alterations to perceived bonemass. I myself think its still plausible that bonesmashing can actually cause osteogenesis but thats more or less besides the point. regardless of its technicalities, In my opinion and in my experience; bonesmashing can be mildly to even very beneficial. In order to get the best results you need to optimize your hormonal and macro and micro nutrient profiles. At the age of 13, a better use of your time could be gymcelling. I subscribe to the anecdotal premise that weight training, when done consistently and started at a young age, can significantly effect the mass and dimorphism of your facial structure and some features as well. Im not sure what sort of mechanisms causes this but I am fairly confident that frequent hypertrophy can improve the face under the right conditions. So in summary, at your age bonesmashing might not be the best idea. Instead you should focus on optimizing your diet, habits, and hormones. In 1-2 years, once you reach the age of 14 or 15, then it might be worth seriously considering bonesmashing as a part of your day to day protocols.

Thank you so much I will take your advice and become much more active. I did most of this stuff before life came crashing down. Since I box I put hella work onto my body. I try to eat the best Whole Foods like eggs,meat,raw milk,raw kefir,raw butter,raw goat milk but that didn’t last long since it was so expensive and it was coming out of my pocket. But right I’m always eating eggs I’m trying to cut out all seed oils and junk out of my body. I make the best of what I have and greatful to have what I have right now. My routine was basically go to gym work my ass off, eat quality foods go on walks ground on the grass. Staying out till the sun goes down. But all of that dissapeared since a incident happened but I’m trying to rebuild step by step.

Whenever your questioning the specifics of your diet, its usually safe to just rely on eating eggs. All those other obscure things you just mentioned such as the raw butter and goat milk may not be totally necessary or good enough roi. When in doubt you can just eat eggs though for the most part.

Yea but it sure helps a lot especially raw dairy just taste so good🤤🤤🤤. I get my raw dairy from a good source always grass fed/grass finished A2/A2 dairy pasture raised corn and soy free. But rn I’m just relying on eggs and fruits.
