Not 1%. He looks extremely methmaxxed. If you look at the pre ascension skull it actually looks very similair to his skull after ascension, as if he only needed to finish puberty to achieve it.

my point is that he got organ failure from taking copius amounts of drugs and did not just happen to get it while ascending like fucking crazy, it wasnt puberty that gave him these looks
