Titles says it all any good medical books on facial aesthetics and also any books by
maxillofacial surgeon would be very much appreciated

Foundational Anatomy & Sugery:

Gray’s Anatomy. More of a focus on actual detailed anatomical reference. Will help you understand facial muscles and bones. There's also a book called Clinically Oriented Anatomy, by Moore & Dalley. This is more practical than Gray's for surgical applications.

Aesthetic Surgery & Facial contouring

Facial Aesthetic Surgery by Stephen Park & John Connell - focus on facelift techniques, midface lifting, brow, eyelid surgery. Good book for aesthetic principles.

Aesthetic Facial Analysis by Stephen Marquardt, focuses on proportions, symmetry, and golden ratios. This book is essential for understanding why faces look aesthetically pleasing.
