Very good book learnt a lot about David goggins life

He grew up with an subside dad who hurt him his brother and mom

Then his struggle of being behind in school and being fat etc

Then joins navy and how he survives 3 hell weeks he keeps going eve. Those his legs are litterly fucking broken

Holy fuck I knew this guy was tough but not this

Also his world record of most pull ups in 24 in 2013 and much more learnt

yeah can't hurt me is a great book for motivation. it's definitely inspiring to see how david goggins overcame so much adversity and pushed himself beyond his limits physically and mentally
