BOOKED AT RATTINAN CLINIC FOR SUPRA+INFRA FAT GRAFT

Yes the recovery phase is the most important part and you should 100% educate yourself what can help to hold the fat and use a stack on the side

Damn it sucks that a lot of it died off but the UEE still looks wayyyyyy better after. Interested to hear how the botox goes, seems like a niche but potentially good method
Well honestly lowering eyebrows to make it more deepset is prob the way but it makes your upper third bigger so something I cant afford

I’m not trying to ask stupid questions and I’m going to follow ur guide as well as do my own research but can you give ur input on this: I’m mid blast going to taper down doses and get off everything except trt 2 weeks before surgery. Only thing I’d be concerned about is I’m going to Japan for 2 weeks after and test isn’t really legal, I can maybe find a way to bring but I read hormone fluctuations, low or high, are not good for survival. Any input?

How much did you retain
Idk but a lot.

Again I don’t think this is a good idea. You look good already, I’ve seen so many instances of this surgery making ppl look weird or just being a waste of time and money

Eyes too feminine for face and under eyes are cooked. I’m not even lean right now is why it doesn’t look that bad

I was a bit tired in this but still. Literally you cannot tell me this wouldn’t ascend me hard. That jaw definition with hooded eyes and better under eyes.

Just followed the instructions given by the clinic. No weight loss, minimal exercise and so on.

Here are my results. 20-30% survival rate seems about right, that’s why they overfill, look how fucking overfilled I am. I think from where I am now I can minimise the remaining UEE with some Botox.
beautiful eye color

I’ve done the frontalis botox and it definitely gives modest improvement for dropping eyebrows. I’m going to wait to redo it until after my procedure
was thinking about doing this to lower brows, do u have before and after pic?

your hooding is literally perfect, this is the amount of uee that i'd aim for after surgery.. not sure what you're thinking getting more added

"20-30%" nigga you maintained plenty, you just had massive uee before. Thats a really good improvement.

Your post op look without swelling would somewhat look close to your final result in my opinion. I think you maintained 50% at least ngl.

When did you notice the most fat loss? How many weeks post op?

I also had massive weight gain (10 kg in 2 months) because i stopped Reta unfortunately, I could easily lose 50% of what you see now once I cut that. I guess we will find out. Not sure there is any point cutting before Trimax anyway.

I am 2 months post op and it definitely lost more since 1 month.

Very good result considering your starting point

I'd say your biggest problems now are your temporal plane of doom and high-set eyebrows

So you started noticing a significant amount of fat loss at 1 month post op?

What is weird is I've seen people with UEE's almost as close to you retain the same or little bit more than you did with 0 weight loss. Maybe it's just luck after all. Or maybe you started working out too early. I'm not gonna workout until I'm 3 months post op.

I've seen 1 case where the person had bad UEE and ended up with hooding lmao

No, I mean most of the volume loss already happened 1 month post op, there are some small differences between months 1 and 2 but nothing huge. Thing is I gained so much weight overall that it is probably hiding that many of the fat cells died off because the surviving ones got bigger. So losses may be greater than it seems.

Botox will fix eyebrows, temporal plane would need LF2 so not happening.

Im 1 month post op, got with PRP, I've noticed extremely minimal volume loss, only some from my hooding, but overall not too much at all. I mean at first my hooding looked bad and uncanny, but now it just at the point where it looks perfectly natural.

Yeah I get that part

How would LF2 even fix temporal planes if you dont mind explaining?

I got my terminology wrong, never mind. Temporal plane would need OBO to fix, which is also not happening. If I was to chase perfection I would be both an OBO and LF2 case. Which is not worth it for me.

Do you guys think getting an Otoplasty like the day after fat grafting would impact the survival of the fat?

I doubt someone would do an oto on you the day after another operation, get it the same day or just a few months later.

You know if it’s Taveechai or death. They have me with Aniwat and I’m tryna switch lowk.

They do it at the clinic aswell no?

logically it would because your body is under a lot of stress after surgery and signaling that it needs to be "repaired" so if you add another point of stress it would indirectly give your body a harder time to fix itself (I think?) but getting multiple surgeries at once is not uncommon and done for the longest time so we would know if thats the case.. I just don't know if the same counts for fat survival because its a different kind of state your body is

I dont think there's strong evidence that another small surgery by itself reduces fat graft survival... My bigger concern would be whether the otoplasty or the recovery could affect the grafted area during the first week. If the procedures dont interfere mechanically... Id expect the impact to be small, but Id still ask the surgeon since they know their own postoperative protocol

Yeah I’m just getting done at the same clinic, they are lowkey greedy with prices for Otoplasty, 1k more than like anyone else in bkk. Fuck it though I feel like it’s so much easier to get it done in the same day opposed at a couple days apart.

Bro did u even do any research why tf would you go to the clinic if you aren’t going to the surgeon that produces all the good results :lul:

It’s all good I switched to him lmaooo

YH im with him to
I’m hyped asf tbh, flying out a little soon after only 3 days rest but it was the only date that worked and he said it will have no impact on survival. My only hurdle now is getting BPC into Japan.

3 Days already? thats fast, Im booked for Nov so gotta wait a little longer  if I was you I would do BPC at your home country.. thats what I was planning to do but I dont know if it would be very suboptimal to run bpc a week later after procedure

Do you think I should wait to lower my eyebrows again with the frontalis botox until after the surgery? Results from last time have worn off by now. It’s pretty modest but I don’t want Dr to underfill bc frontalis makes it look a lil better what you think?

No idea bro.. cant help you with this one
.

DId you do the grafting?

As you can see would benefit from, increased jaw width, chin projection, and Supra and infra fat graft. I think a lot can be achieved with relatively low invasion.
you greedy man

Going to Thailand and just heard about the mogger results coming out of Rattinan clinic. Was going to book somewhere else to do infra graft but seems like a no brainer. Apparently full facial fat graft is included in the price. I was going to get juvederm volux for jaw angles and some juvederm in lips and chin as well, but now considering fat graft for ramus height and gonial angle? It sounds kinda retarded tbh idk what to go for please advise 🙏🙏🙏. @SteveRogers results mog what I’m basically going for. Any advise on after care and info on recovery would be goated. Wondering how long it took to recover. Etc

@skeanoooo
good luck. used to see ur vids on tik tok lol

I
Whats the plan
Im just hanging out for now. Then traveling the country, im booked for surgery on the Sep 5th so i have some time to go. Really trying to get as shredded as possible to get the best results. Then heading out on 8th and going to Japan lmao I’m gonna look so botched they gonna be like wtf. Doc said flying that early won’t affect the survival, 5th was the only time I could get Taveechai. I’m getting the graft with PRP, also gonna tell him to put some in my chin to get some more projection. I’m also getting an Otoplasty same day, it’s 90,000 baht lmao so greedy, 180000 baht for everything, imma ask them to discount tho like bruh

fat grafting for the chin? :what:

fat grafting for the chin? :what:
It’s valid trust. Just very gradual. If you feel your chin it’s already fatty it’s not super hard like your jaw. This is something they do commonly, ppl who went to this clinic also did lip and jaw angle fat grafting which I am not doing lmao. It’s all included for the same price.

Well they asked me to do the temple area included with the same price as this is a looksmin for me but the chin is included with the orbital grafting aswell? And seems like filler would mog fat anyway for a cheaper price

its free but it doesn't rly do anything tbh and you have risk of asymmetry i advise against it

nah lol i pinned bpc and tb for some time, but it gave me diarrhea so i stopped.

Also Ik a dude who did a huge protocol with pharma and peptides, and he chose no PRP and ended up with a very subtle result lmao.
