They give you fentanyl so it’s not that bad. In hindsight I would’ve told them to give me more, I asked once and I would’ve asked more than that. The only spot I said no to his recommendation was the temples

Irl, it was all mostly just to balance my asymmetry rather than to add volume. Little in the mandible on one side, little in gonion on one side, one side chin, I think I little in brow ridge. I basically let him do whatever he wanted besides the temples.

Dude not painful but you feel that shit going in and it’s a massive dull needle. Like I pin test IM and everything but you can feel it pressing against your eye and shit it’s just fucked. They give you drugs to calm you down, you genuinely wouldn’t be able to do it without that

Key is to just doze off and stop paying attention to whatever they’re doing on the op table. Enjoy the high of whatever they give you and go full ADHD.

No exaggeration, the experience was less painful than getting my eyebrows threaded every month.

Just my honest opinion, I think your eye area had a lot more appeal in the before than the after (frontal view). However I then scrolled down and saw your new side profile and it looks better now than before.

But of course it's swollen and early days, time will tell

hey guys tomorrow I will be getting lower eyelid elevation (with spacer graft + canthoplasty) + nanofat transfer to undereye for dark circles and upper eyelid for UEE with Dr Ayse Dolar Bilge (reputable oculoplastic surgeon, I'm paying 15k euros for this)

During our in person consultation today, she told me that when she does fat grafting to reduce UEE, she is conservative and her explanation was something like if you overcorrect with fat graft it's irreversible vs if i want filler she can be agressive because it's reversible. I asked what "overcorrection" means here, what the consequences are and i think she replied "you will have hooded eyes" or i think also something about being too puffy? but my question to you is, are hooded eyes always desirable? should i just have told her yes I want an irreversible overcorrection give me irreversible hooded eyes!!?

Also for the first time in her career, she is uncertain if i have enough BF for the lipo, she said tomorrow before surgery she will have someone clear me if it's ok, or if not she will only do the cantho. but reading from rattinan threads on the forum, there is no minimum BF% right and i should be gucci? BTW i am well above 10% I'm sure. (140 lbs at 5'7 with decent muscle mass lifetime natty, i was 130 lbs when shredded on reta).

this is very last minute but any feedback would be appreciated

in any case she did tell me that if i want something more agressive at a latter date, there is no problem i can just go to rattinan then. she also told me that it's very optional in my case and that her patients who ask for fat graft for UEE have a goal similar to my actual UEE...

do you think it comes down to her just not being blackpilled? BTW she seems goated as an oculoplastic and I did extensive research and I am not here to save $ at all, i'm not letting a random doc mess with my eye area ofc

Nah, you def don't need more temples ... they're dimorphic and in proportion with your face as is

No he just did that shit like a g. He really is skilled asf. When he first showed me the mirror I like freaked out cause it looks so different but then I was like oh shit this actually mogs, swollen and overfilled, once it comes down will look great I really think. He did a bunch of other areas to for symmetry and shit. The actual injections were fucking brutal tho.

Nah dude I do other stuff, self inject Botox, gotten perma nose filler, roid, high tca peels, every pep, bouta get jaw and lip filler. All about doing the least to gain the most, I know I have good base but most wouldn’t take it as far as I’m going.
