where did they take the fat from?

My belly fat, I asked for it, you can also do lower back. It’s not a lot of fat but it’s still painful and bad recovery.

Did you pay for full ab lipo? I got love handles, full abs and lower back with fat graft and facial lipo (neck, submental and jawline). Waist already looks much smaller and will definitely improve shoulder - waist ratio when start gym-celling again (even though physique is mostly cope).

No, it was too expensive and harder recovery.
It’s probably worth it though.
