i already pay the water bill plus i have to pay $25 biweekly if i don't clean the bathrooms

for all of 2019 i paid $535/mo

they're extracting as much as possible because i have no leverage. leaving would be even worse

all of them are either 2k / month or have rats and roaches all over them

don’t even want to mention how they require to have pay 3 months rent upfront just to live there + moving cost + furniture
