The time has come to stop wandering aimlessly through nootropic fluff and build a proper BlackPill guideline (like those doctors use but in our optics lmao) for pharmacological use, both long-term and short-term

I’m calling in the three main voices in this field @Cope @Alexanderr @AscendingHero to finally synthesize a serious, layered approach. We need a framework that addresses:

-Chronic use substances that are sustainable and actually work
- Acute use compounds for specific high stakes situations (social dominance, verbal fluency, mental stillness, job interviews, exams, dates)
-Risk/reward mapping (long term health profile, hair, libido, cortisol, etc.)

CANDIDATES:

Long-Term Core Stack (Baseline Mental Edge):

Noradrenaline α2-agonist
-Clonidine 0.05–0.2 mg/day

MAO-A/B inhibitor
-Nardil (Phenelzine) 60 mg/day

Histone Deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitor
-Vorinostat 50 mg/day (PERMANENT changes after a while, crazy stuff)

Dopaminergic
-Bromantane 50–100 mg/day

Neurotrophic peptide mix
-Cerebrolysin 10 mg/week, cycles of 10–20 days

Anxiety sweating/primary hyperhidrosis/scialorrea
-Glycopirrolate 2mg/day

Short-Term Kill Mode for special events
(To add to the previous stack):

Dopamine/norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor
-Ritalin (Methylphenidate) 10–20 mg IR / 36–54 mg XR

α2δ-subunit modulator
-Lyrica (Pregabalin) 450 mg (or should have been put in the baseline stack paired with 10mg memantine to counteract tolerance? or maybe in a grey zone which we can cycle it on and off for a period like cerebrolysin?)

GABA-B receptor agonist
-Baclofen 50 mg

β-adrenergic blocker
-Propranolol 40 mg

Still researching this stack by @Cope and trying to figure out which of those would be beneficial in the guideline
Anti-Glutamatergic Stack -
  • Riluzole: Inhibits glutamate release and enhances reuptake.
  • Lamotrigine: Blocks sodium channels, reducing glutamate release.
  • Oxcarbazepine: Stabilizes neuronal membranes and dampens excitatory firing.
  • Pregabalin: Inhibits calcium influx to reduce neurotransmitter release.
  • Baclofen (optional): Activates GABA-B
    receptors to indirectly suppress glutamate.

What should we address further? Any pathway I am missing? I get at the day this is probably a trial-end-error approach as our physiologies are different and can not me synthetized in a simple guideline but it’s still worth a try at least to emphasize pros and cons, also does someone now of a way to safely target gaba A receptors? inb4 alcol lol

what about neuroplasticity alzheimer drugs
Well let's define intelligence/IQ first. Intelligence is a broad spectrum consisting of pattern recognition, empathy, creativity, problem-solving skills, being able to think freely not limited by mental constructs, self-reflection, etc.

Increasing neuroplasticity with e.g. the BDNF pathway won't increase intelligence, it can improve your memory though allowing for much more effective learning.

Yeah agreed but who cares about raw power eventually, what matters is to efficiently mog and with that you are able to store more info effectively and have an edge on natties

I only mention it because it's important to remain realistic what certain nootropics can and will do.

Cerebrolysin will be a pain in the ass to inject, literally.

Is being asocial or even antisocial a sign of intelligence? Tesla affirms so in a world full of conformists specifically using the word antisocial, not asocial.

Obsessed with odd numbers like a certain Prophet. Tesla had OCD, definitively. Perhaps Muslims need to accept Mo was mentally ill; he had blatant OCD.

Tesla hated women wearing earrings and loved pigeons obsessively.

I can recommend for more engagement you should let room open for interpretation so that more people share their subhuman thoughts like this individual:

JFL it can be both a sign of being stupid and intelligent. Some people just lack the ability for empathy completely (thus being rather antisocial), on the other hand some intelligent individuals choose to be "antisocial" justifiedly.

Just because he wasn’t pissing on himself during the portrait doesn’t mean he isn’t super-duper neurodivergent.

Tesla mentioned conformity. He’s implying a sort of distaste for humanity almost. Didn’t seem like he stated it out of inability or incompetence empathetically.

He achieved quite a lot so his actions worked out in his favour. There's really no need to interact with most normfags.

Yep, it can improve performance which can give the perception of 'higher IQ' but it is not, although I'm not saying that isn't useful.

Get unifiram, insane focus without super stimulating which i like, it aldo makes more less introverted and more inclined to start conversations, it think faster and can think about multiple things at once better. And i also frel more fkuent in my speech and movement and thinking

True but you can use things to be at your best potential which you probably arent most of the time and also increasing neuroplasticity and memory doesnt ibcrease your iq but it mimics that type of inteligence even though it doesnt make yiu comprahend hard concepts more easily but still youll get kinda somewhat the experince of being higher iq

I believe Tesla was autistic.
Literally every significant scientist, mathematician, scholar, inventor in the past millennium was autistic

Anybody knows about selank and semax?

Anybody knows about selank and semax?
semax mogs cerebrolysin for neurogenesis

ordered clonidine, but havent taken yet

vorinostat is a cope since it doesnt cross brain barrier

dont know about bromantane, prob its very weak. BPC157 works better for healing dopamine receptors at this point

idk about nardil, but i doubt its sustainable in the long run. I wanna try parnate, tho

ritalin is just a mere stimulant, does 0 for inhibition

ive been coping with lamotrigine and memantine since may 2024 and in begin with it did wonders. now it makes me feel lethargic and jaded, i gave up this slop

what i will try is neurogenesismaxx with dihexa, hgh and semax. i use preg, prop and baclofen if needed (mostly eod). bpc157 helps with tolerance for gabaergics

ive ordered clomipramine also, taken 25mg and got ED. Idk if i will try it again.

altho all these drugs are cope in the end, the lookspill always comes to collect.
