CLAVICLE GROWTH EXPLAINED
There are two clavicular growth plates, one at each end of the clavicle: 1) sternal/medial end (the end near ur sternum) 2) acromial/lateral end (the end near ur shoulder) The lateral clavicular growth plate is usually fused by age 20 but only makes up about 20% of total clavicular growth...looksmax.org
u can try intense swimming to stimulate growth
also max out stomach vacuums and ribcage expansion / breathing work

Its low intensity but still stimulates bone development and densityYeah it's a good sport, but what does this have to do with clavicle lenght/frame?
No it will not lengthen your clavicles but it will enhance your frame especially if you started young. That way you reap the posture benefitsIts low intensity but still stimulates bone development and density
It also works as a free shoulder to waste ratio hack
